Installation

Upload the entire chatspark folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.
After activation, you’ll see a menu named “ChatSpark” in your WordPress admin dashboard.
Click it, enter your AI Agent ID, and save the changes.
Your AI Agent will now be embedded and active on your site.

Where can I find my ChatSpark AI Agent ID?: Log into https://chatspark.io/login, go to “My AI Agents,” find the one you want to use, and copy its ID.

ChatSpark is not like any other chatbot on the market. I have a website with all the information potential and current clients would need to learn more about Fabulash Faces such as pricing and how to book an appointment. However, most people do not take the time to read. Instead, they will call, send a text or send a DM. ChatSpark engages with the customer to answer all those questions 24/7 in the personality determined through our set up of the chatbot. We also instructed ChatSpark bot to get more people to book an appointment. We were getting about 50 of those types of calls/messages previously. Since implementing ChatSpark, those inquiries have gone down to zero and our bookings are UP 32%! ChatSpark has freed up valuable time and increased customer satisfaction all while saving me more money because I did not need to hire additional staff.
