I’m surprised the devs haven’t addressed this yet. Devs?! You need to test your plugin more thoroughly – this doesn’t work for some users. Other users have reported the same problem. I’m using Chrome on a Mac. Please address the issue or you’re just going to keep getting more negative reviews.

It seems to be a very easy to use plug in… the easier out there. BUT the “upload file” btn is not working. It’s been a day and I haven’t had feedback from support. Hope they fix that soon.

Wasted 2 days trying to figure out how to make it work and: 1. This plugin will not generate link to your file unless its latin alphabet “download post name” and latin alphabet “file name” – otherwise it will simply send email that leads to your “expiry page” 2. “From email” and “From name” is a standard “wordpress” – no option to change it. So you either insert piece of code into your functions.php or use another plugin 3. You have to find slider.php or whatever option you want to use and amend this file directly if you want to change the wording of all messages – no options for that in dashboard panel 4. But the worst part is – once you have it all setup – it will send email with a link to your file – you click on it and guess what – the doc file will be weird html copy of your website 😀 I have never seen coding like that. If you serve doc/docx file this file will have name and extension as your “download file” but the file that you will actually download is a doc version of your html home page WTF 😀 Long from now, to make this plugin works. Good luck
