**FitNFO Lite** adds 30 professional fitness and nutrition calculators to your WordPress
site. Every result is computed instantly via a lightweight AJAX call to your own
site — no API key, no subscription, and no third-party service required.

## Installation

 1. Upload the `fitnfo-lite` folder to `/wp-content/plugins/`, or install it from **
    Plugins  Add New  Upload Plugin**.
 2. Activate the plugin through the **Plugins** menu in WordPress.
 3. A new **FitNFO** menu appears in the admin sidebar.
 4. Add `[fitnfo_calculators]` to any page or post, or use **FitNFO  Page Builder Access**
    to create a hub page automatically.

## FAQ

### Does it work without any API key?

Yes. All 30 calculators work with zero configuration and make no external calls.

### How do I add a single calculator?

Use `[fitnfo_calculator type="bmi-calculator"]` and change the type to any calculator
slug.

### Can I turn calculators off?

Yes. Go to **FitNFO  Calculator Manager** to enable or disable individual calculators.

### What is Calculator Explorer?

An admin-only tool under **FitNFO  Calculator Explorer** that lets you test any 
calculator with sample inputs and see a live chart before sharing it on the frontend.

### Is it mobile responsive?

Yes. The layout adapts across phone, tablet and desktop widths.

### Does it support right-to-left languages?

Yes. Arabic and Urdu trigger an automatic RTL layout.

### Does it work with my page builder?
