What is sent: The visitor’s message, the conversation history for that session, your API key, and your selected agent configuration. When it is sent: On every message a visitor sends to the chat widget. What is sent: A summary of the conversation and any contact information the visitor voluntarily shared (such as name, phone, email, or service interest). When it is sent: Only when a lead is detected in a conversation. No data is sent for ordinary informational conversations.
