Nacionvirtual – Alerts & Chat for Telegram sends real-time notifications about critical events on your WordPress site directly to your Telegram account. It also generates configurable daily activity reports.

Third-Party Services
This plugin connects to our external service infrastructure to route alert messages to Telegram. This connection is essential for the plugin to function.
What data is sent:
- Your phone number (used to identify your Telegram account)
- Your site domain (for alert identification)
- Alert type and message content
When data is sent:
- During initial setup (phone validation)
- When verifying Telegram connection status
- Each time an alert is triggered or a daily report is generated

Installation
- Upload the
nacionvirtual-alerts-for-telegramfolder to/wp-content/plugins/. - Activate the plugin through the Plugins menu in WordPress.
- Go to Settings Nacionvirtual – Alerts & Chat for Telegram.
- Enter your phone number (with country code) and follow the on-screen instructions to connect with Telegram.
- Choose which alerts to enable and configure the daily report.

Do I need a Telegram account?

Yes. Nacionvirtual – Alerts & Chat for Telegram delivers all notifications via Telegram. You need to have Telegram installed and start a conversation with our bot to receive alerts.

Does it work with WooCommerce?

Yes. If WooCommerce is active, additional alert types and daily report metrics become available automatically.

Alerts are sent asynchronously and non-blocking, so your site performance is not affected. If the service is temporarily unavailable, alerts for that period will not be delivered.

Is my data stored on the external server?

The routing service processes messages in real-time and does not permanently store your site data. Only the phone-to-Telegram mapping is retained for message delivery.
