FAQ

Does this work with the WooCommerce Block Checkout?

Yes. The plugin supports both the Gutenberg-based Block Checkout (WooCommerce 8.3+) and the classic [woocommerce_checkout] shortcode checkout.

Where are uploaded files stored?

Files are stored temporarily in wp-content/uploads/acfw-temp/. Direct browser access is blocked via .htaccess. Files are automatically removed approximately 5 minutes after the order emails have been sent.

Can customers download their files later?

Files are stored temporarily and removed approximately 5 minutes after order emails are sent. The uploaded filenames are shown on the admin order screen, but no download link is provided — the files are no longer available after cleanup.

Is this compatible with WooCommerce High Performance Order Storage (HPOS)?

Yes, HPOS compatibility is explicitly declared.
