Add your Convolyn AI chatbot to your WordPress site in seconds — paste your Bot ID, no code editing. Convolyn gives you AI-powered support, lead capture, and live agent handoff, all trained on your own content.
Install the plugin, paste your Bot ID from your Convolyn dashboard, enable it, and the chat widget appears on every page. The plugin only outputs the official Convolyn widget loader script on your site’s front end — it stores a single setting (your Bot ID, an enable switch, and an advanced host field) and makes no other changes.

Installation
- Upload the
convolyn-chatbotfolder to/wp-content/plugins/, or install the ZIP from Plugins Add New Upload Plugin. - Activate the plugin through the Plugins screen in WordPress.
- Go to Settings Convolyn Chatbot.
- Paste your Bot ID (from your Convolyn dashboard Embed tab).
- Tick “Enable widget” and click Save Changes. The chatbot now appears on your site.

Where do I find my Bot ID?

Log in to your Convolyn dashboard, open your chatbot, and go to the Embed tab. Your Bot ID is the value shown there.

The widget isn’t showing. What should I check?

Make sure “Enable widget” is ticked and a valid Bot ID is saved. Some caching plugins may need a cache flush after you change the setting.

Does this send any data to a third party?

The plugin itself makes no server-side network calls. It only outputs the official Convolyn widget script, which your visitors’ browsers load from convolyn.com.
