LagerSky for WooCommerce

Description

LagerSky for WooCommerce connects your online store to LagerSky, a Norwegian inventory management service for small businesses. When an order reaches a status you choose (for example “Completed”), the order data is sent to LagerSky, which deducts the items from stock – and can optionally post cost of goods, sales and invoices to your accounting system.

The plugin is intentionally lightweight: all inventory and accounting logic runs in LagerSky. The plugin has no database access of its own and only stores your settings (license key and similar).

Use of an external service

This plugin requires and communicates with LagerSky, a third-party service operated by AktivWeb (Norwegian organization number 938 383 413). A LagerSky account and license key are required for the plugin to work – the service performs the actual inventory management and bookkeeping.

What data is sent, and when:

• When an order reaches the status you have selected, order data is sent to the LagerSky API (https://www.lagersky.no/api/v1/): order number, order lines (item number/SKU, name, quantity and price) and – if you enable invoicing – billing details (name, company, email, phone and address).
• When you open the settings page or click “Check license”, the license key is sent to verify its status.
• When you click “Send products to LagerSky”, the product list is sent (SKU, name, price excluding VAT, stock quantity and GTIN/EAN). No customer data is sent.
• If you enable stock sync, the plugin regularly fetches updated stock levels from LagerSky (item number/SKU and quantity) and sets the quantity in WooCommerce.

No data is sent until you have entered a license key and configured the plugin.
